Scott Overholser, DDS, knows the value of teamwork in any organization. Even when he was managing his own private practice in Indiana over a decade ago, Scott Overholser knew that he could get more things done with a highly motivated team working alongside him. He expanded his private practice to include three expanded-duty assistants, two hygienists and two front office staff. Even today, he’s still proud that in those nine years, his employees stuck by him and he had an extremely low employee attrition rate.

Scott Overholser then got an Illinois real estate license and had an opportunity to work with a whole new team. His colleagues were amazed at his initiative and willingness to work for the team. “He demonstrated a wonderful initiative and positive attitude towards accomplishment. Both qualities made him a valuable member of our team,” said Christine Lutz, who worked with Scott Overholser from 2005 to 2007.
