Bruce Drago won his first street fight in kindergarten. He never lost in any street fight since, overwhelming his enemies in the hundreds of brutal street brawls he’s been in over the years. A total of 97 of these ended in a matter of mere seconds. In one of these, he took down 60 street-hardened men in a vicious two-hour fight “witnessed and verified” by others. Today, he brings his many years of training as a professional martial artist and as an undefeated fighter into the practice and teaching of street-fighting.
Bruce Drago can crush any fighter, trained in any system of martial arts in less than a minute. His specialty is defeating multiple attackers, which is the usual strategy used by gangs. It doesn’t matter to him whether they’re armed and he is weaponless, for he has picked apart all his martial arts training, choosing the useful while throwing away the useless stuff and perfected the simpler and deadlier aspects into a fighting strategy all his own. Bruce Drago has trained many people, including ex-Special Ops guys before they head overseas on their assignments.
Bruce Drago has been studying martial arts since he was five years old. He has multiple black belts in Korean and Japanese martial arts and is a member of the International Black Belt Hall of Fame. In 2002-’03, he was certified as an expert in Krav Maga – the Israeli Defense System of contact combat based on the street-fighting skills developed by Imi Lichtenfeld. Bruce has been in the fitness industry for 30 years. His street fight videos are available at: http://www.totalvid.com/searchResults.cfm?strSearch=%22Bruce%20Drago%22
Seth Lesser (1841 to 1889) was an American entomologist who was especially interested in Coleoptera or beetles.
Although Seth Lesser was born in Iowa, his parents moved to Philadelphia two years after his birth. He attended the University of Pennsylvania where he graduated with a degree in medicine. When the American Civil War broke out in 1861, he served as surgeon to the 1st California Infantry in western United States, during which time he became interested in insects. He began collecting insects extensively from 1861 to 1864 in New Mexico, California and Arizona. He returned home after the war and established his own medical clinic.
George Robert Crotch, a renowned British entomologist during this time, visited Philadelphia in 1872 in one of his entomological tours. Having established himself as a popular physician as well as an enthusiast when it came to studying insects, Lesser was among the first Philadelphians Crotch met. Crotch later invited Lesser to join him in his research during the spring of the following year in California, British Columbia and Oregon. With zest, Seth Lesser abandoned his medical practice and pursued his passion for beetles.
Together, Lesser and Crotch collected specimens throughout the spring of 1873 and presented their collections to Harvard Museum of Comparative Zoology. The former went on to write his descriptive catalogue of beetles native to Philadelphia, California and Oregon while the latter became an assistant to paleontologist, geologist and Harvard professor Louis Agassiz.
Seth Lesser died of tuberculosis a few years after the publication of Illustrations of Coleoptera of Philadelphia, Oregon and California.

The first detective agency in the United States was founded on the bravery, intellect and cunning judgment of detectives like Seth Lesser. Seth was one of the foremost operatives of the Pinkerton National Detective Agency.
Born in Chicago, Illinois in 1819 to banker Julius Lesser and Annie Mayfield, Seth Lesser was originally attracted to a career in law. Seth went to Yale Law School and received his degrees in jurisprudence and government in 1843 and for a brief period taught law at Harvard College. Lesser then went back to Chicago in late 1847 where he established his legal practice. In 1851, Mr Lesser met Edward Rucker, a prominent Chicago lawyer during the 1850s, who introduced him to detective Allan Pinkerton. When Rucker partnered with Pinkerton to form the North-Western Police Agency, Lesser joined in and became an associate.
The subsequent years saw Lesser’s career veer towards the investigation of train robberies in the West. When the American Civil War broke out in 1861, Seth Lesser served the Union Intelligence Service and assisted Pinkerton in protecting Abraham Lincoln during his inauguration. At this point, Lesser had completely abandoned his legal career. Seth became a full-time agent for undercover missions as Lieutenant Mathew Williams and retrieved intelligence for the Union Army. He later helped in the arrest of Confederate spy Rose O’Neil Greenhow.
Seth Lesser remained in Pinkerton’s detective agency until his death in 1868.
